For mainland UK addresses, we offer free shipping. This is for 2nd class Royal Mail delivery.

If you would like first class, you can select this option at a charge based on the weight of your shopping cart.

Guaranteed next working day delivery is also available based on the weight of your shopping cart, but please note that your order must be placed before 3.00pm, and we only dispatch Monday-Friday.

Shipping Times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items will be despatched same day of receipt of payment. If we anticipate any delay with this time period we will keep you informed by e-mail if possible. Once dispatched, goods should arrive within 1-3 working days.

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you should contact us within 10 days. Should you need to return the goods, they should be in their original packaging and sent insured to the appropriate value. More details will be given in the event of a problem.
