Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us, ideally by email. If the goods have not been dispatched, we will simply refund any payment. Otherwise, you will need to follow the returns procedure.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition, and in its original undamaged packaging. In the case of laser pointers with a serial number attached, this needs to be returned intact. If you wish to take advantage of this, please let us know within 7 working days after receipt. We will agree with you how to return the goods.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We will not refund the cost of shipping chosen as an additional service as described above.

If you have ordered branded goods, and have approved the artwork, the goods may not be returned, except if they are faulty.

Admin fee for returning the goods. They pay for return costs and organise it. Our postage costs are not refunded.
